About Moyako Sudoku

Moyako Sudoku is the classic 9×9 number puzzle. Each board is a fresh, solvable grid generated at one of four difficulty tiers — Easy (lots of starting clues, great for warm-up), Medium, Hard, and Expert (sparse clues that demand careful pencil-marking and advanced technique). A single session takes 5 to 20 minutes depending on tier, and every completed board counts toward your daily streak and leaderboard rank.

How to Play

  1. Pick a difficulty tier and press Start Sudoku.
  2. Tap an empty cell to select it — the row, column and 3×3 box highlight so you can see what's eligible.
  3. Tap a number 1–9 on the keypad to place it. Tap again to clear. Use Notes mode to jot pencil-marks before committing.
  4. Fill every row, every column, and every 3×3 box with the digits 1–9 — no repeats.
  5. The Hint button highlights one forced cell per use. Mistakes auto-flag in red so you can backtrack without losing your place.

FAQ

Is it free? Yes — every difficulty tier and your daily streak are free.

Are puzzles solvable without guessing? Yes — Easy through Hard always have a pure-logic solution path. Expert may require hypothetical chains.

Can I save and resume? Yes. Your current board auto-saves locally; sign in to sync across devices.

Does the Hint button count as cheating? No, but excessive hints lower your score. Use them to learn techniques, not to skip thinking.
